Employees can fill their own timesheet in the future self-service portal (Phase 8). For now, HR / PM enters on their behalf.
Timesheets awaiting project manager / operations lead approval. Bulk approval available.
Approved timesheets feed payroll (employee cost) and client billing (where the contract uses timesheet-based rates).
Locked timesheets cannot be edited — they have flowed into a closed payroll period. Reversals require an adjustment entry.
